Pro 服务条款

感谢你使用“白边相框”（以下简称“本 App”）。使用本 App 及购买 Pro 服务，即表示你同意本条款以及 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）。
1. 免费版与 Pro
- 免费版每天可导出 3 张图片，次数按设备本地日期计算，每天 0 点重置。
- Pro 用户不限导出次数。
2. 购买方式
- 包月 / 包年订阅：确认购买后从你的 Apple ID 账户扣款。订阅会自动续期，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期；续期费用会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣除。
- 永久买断：一次付费，长期有效，无需续费。
- 具体价格以 App Store 购买页面显示为准，可能因地区和时间不同而变化。
3. 管理与取消订阅
你可以在 iPhone 的“设置 › [你的名字] › 订阅”中管理或取消订阅。取消后，Pro 权益会保留到当前已付费周期结束。当前周期内已支付的费用不会因取消而退还。
4. 恢复购买
在新设备或重新安装 App 后，使用同一个 Apple ID 登录，在升级页面点击“恢复购买”即可恢复 Pro 权益。
5. 退款
所有付款均由 Apple 处理。如需申请退款，请访问 reportaproblem.apple.com，退款结果由 Apple 决定。
6. 使用规范
请仅对你拥有权利或已获授权的照片使用本 App。你对自己处理和分享的内容负责。
7. 免责声明
本 App 按“现状”提供。我们会尽力保证功能稳定，但不对因使用本 App 导致的任何间接损失承担责任。请自行保留原始照片的备份。
8. 条款变更
我们可能会不时更新本条款，更新后的版本将发布在本页面。

Pro Terms of Service
Effective date: October 20, 2026
Thanks for using PhotoBorder (“the App”). By using the App and purchasing Pro, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. Free and Pro
- The free version lets you export 3 images per day. The count follows your device’s local date and resets at midnight.
- Pro users get unlimited exports.
2. Purchase options
- Monthly / yearly subscriptions: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Lifetime: a one-time purchase with no renewals.
- Prices are shown on the App Store purchase sheet and may vary by region and over time.
3. Managing and cancelling
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments for the current period are not refunded on cancellation.
4. Restoring purchases
On a new device or after reinstalling, sign in with the same Apple ID and tap “Restore Purchases” on the upgrade screen.
5. Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com; refunds are at Apple’s discretion.
6. Acceptable use
Only use the App with photos you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the content you process and share.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable but are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Please keep backups of your original photos.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page.
