本政策说明“白边相框”（以下简称“本 App”）如何处理你的信息。简单来说：本 App 不收集、不上传、不分享任何个人数据。

1. 我们不收集个人数据

本 App 没有账号系统，不需要注册或登录。
本 App 不包含任何统计分析、广告或第三方追踪 SDK。
本 App 没有自己的服务器，不会把任何数据发送给开发者。

2. 照片

选择照片使用的是 iOS 系统照片选择器，本 App 只能访问你选中的那一张照片，无法浏览你的相册。
读取拍摄参数（EXIF）、添加边框、生成预览和导出图片，全部在你的设备本地完成，照片不会被上传。
保存图片时，本 App 只申请“添加照片”权限，用于把生成的图片写入你的相册。

3. 拍摄参数与位置信息

本 App 会读取照片中的 EXIF 信息（如相机型号、镜头、光圈、快门、ISO、拍摄时间、拍摄位置），仅用于在边框上显示。
“位置”默认关闭。只有你主动开启时，位置才会显示在边框上，导出的图片也才会保留 GPS 信息。
本 App 不会获取你设备的实时定位。

4. 购买

Pro 订阅和买断通过 Apple 的 App 内购买完成，付款由 Apple 处理，我们无法获取你的支付信息或 Apple ID。
本 App 通过 Apple 的 StoreKit 在设备上校验购买状态。

5. 存储在设备上的数据

本 App 仅在你的设备上保存每日免费导出次数。这些数据不会离开你的设备，删除本 App 后即被清除。

6. 网络使用

本 App 只在加载内购商品、购买或恢复购买时，通过 Apple 的服务联网。编辑和保存照片不需要网络。

7. 儿童隐私

本 App 不收集任何人的个人信息，包括 13 岁以下的儿童。

8. 政策变更

如本政策有更新，我们会在本页面发布新版本并更新生效日期。

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

This policy explains how PhotoBorder (“the App”) handles your information. In short: the App does not collect, upload or share any personal data.

1. We don’t collect personal data

The App has no accounts; you never need to sign up or sign in.
The App contains no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.
The App has no server of its own and sends no data to the developer.

2. Photos

Photos are chosen with the iOS system photo picker. The App can only access the photo you pick and cannot browse your library.
Reading shooting info (EXIF), adding borders, previewing and exporting all happen on your device. Your photos are never uploaded.
When saving, the App only asks for “Add Photos Only” access so it can write the finished image to your library.

3. Shooting info and location

The App reads EXIF data in your photo (such as camera model, lens, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, date and location) only to display it on the border.
Location is off by default. It is shown on the border, and GPS data is kept in the exported image, only if you turn it on.
The App never accesses your device’s current location.

4. Purchases

Pro subscriptions and the lifetime purchase use Apple’s In-App Purchase. Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details or Apple ID.
The App verifies your purchase status on your device using Apple’s StoreKit.

5. Data stored on your device

The App only stores your daily free export count on your device. It never leaves your device and is deleted when you delete the App.

6. Network use

The App connects to the internet only through Apple’s services, to load in-app purchase products and to purchase or restore. Editing and saving photos works offline.

7. Children’s privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
